“Grower of premium winegrapes”

Chateau Nonchalant grows and provides Pinot Noir, Tempranillo, and Syrah grapes for the wine industry. Our grapes are sought by wineries in the Oregon valleys of the Umpqua and the Willamette. The Chateau was started in 1998 by Weldon and Vicki Manning. Our dream was to make a place where friends would come to enjoy the fruits of the vine and of their labor. Our vineyard was planted on rootstocks grafted to clonal varieties selected to match the soil and climate hidden away in one of the Hundred Valleys of the Umpqua. Every effort has been made to produce the finest wines and provide the warmest hospitality. We invite you to visit our unique tasting room, taste our wines, and discover the meaning of "nonchalant."
