The park is very homey, almost cute, with the owners living on the grounds.
It is rather like camping in someone's backyard. All the sites are back in and rather close, but there is picnic table and enough space to be comfortable. The roads and sites are gravel, but there is lots of grass in between. Sites are level and utilities well placed for convenient hookup.
The grounds are well maintained and very attractive. The park is surrounded by tall, mature trees and a white board fence. The entire facility is pleasant visually, even the out buildings are decorated and diminutive.
The office/store building also contains the laundry and the bathrooms. Like the grounds it is all neat as a pin. The bathrooms are clean and well cared for.
The owner can show you places to walk your dog.
The cable is outstanding with nearly 100 clear channels. Wi-Fi is also very good, steady and consistent. Very happy surprise. This park seems to always be full with only 15 spots to fill...be sure to call first.
The owner is really nice and very helpful. Gave us a business reference for some remedial work on our rv.
This park is not the destination; you're here for Roswell. So after you've searched for UFO's and green aliens this is a safe and comfortable place to come back to and compare discoveries.
Quaint little RV park! Owners are very friendly and make you feel welcome! Will stay there again if we pass through again.
A great little RV park, very small with only 13 spaces, you are lucky if you can get one of them. Very homey feeling and so cute with all of the country decorations. Nice private bathrooms are a big plus. The owner is super friendly and makes you feel right at home. Make sure you stop by on your way through roswell.
Small rv park, with plenty of room to maneuver my 30' travel trailer. Library of books and dvds available to borrow. Well tended park, and I will be back.

This is a cozy spot, a smaller RV park that butts right up against open farm land, but is only a few miles from town. The wifi was excellent. The laundry worked great - only a dollar per use of the washer and dryer which was nice. Lee (owner) was very helpful in helping us plan out our touring around Roswell - excellent museums once you knock the UFO/Alien museum out of the way. She had great recs on restaurants too. They plan to update the bathroom/laundry areas in the next few months...the park was off the main road, but noise was not a problem at all.

I lived at the Red Barn for three happy years. It's small, quiet, clean, and generally very, very well managed. The community building has showers, washer/dryer, a lounge with TV, and a snack shop. Sites are either sunny or partly shady. Wi-fi/internet is free. Cable is included in the rental. I recommend this RV park very highly.

We stopped here for a quick overnight and it was perfect. The lady that owns the place is super nice. The park is small - I think there's maybe a dozen sites. It's not super roomy either. There's a couple spots that are just big enough for a large class A or 5'er, but most sites fit smaller trailers better.
Our site was level and had a nice patch of grass and a tree right outside our door. Picnic table near the back. FHU worked perfectly.
The "barn" is a large building with the office, TV area, honor system snacks and drinks, laundry, and two bathrooms. The bathrooms were SO CUTE! There's a men's and a women's. Each is a large, private room just for you with toilet, sink, and shower. In the women's there was even a nice vanity and mirror. It was so clean and nicely decorated. I honestly felt like I was using someone's bathroom in their home. The laundry machines looked pretty new and were the nice front loading types.
There are farms all around this park. The large field behind us was planted with clover for the winter. You could walk your dog on the dirt road that ran along it which was nice. I didn't see any livestock farms in view but there's definitely the farmy stink around. Inside it was a non-issue but if you're sensitive to the smell just be aware you'll likely encounter it here.
Overall, great small park and was perfect for our overnight. Easy in and easy out.

The owner was friendly on the phone when I called ahead for my reservation and just as nice in person. This is a cute, small park with about a dozen sites. I had one of the 2 pull-through sites where you pull up facing the fence and they open the gate to let you drive through when you leave. Nice trees. New washer and dryer are $150 each and worked perfectly. VERY clean bathroom and shower, with locking door for privacy. Good value. Trucks go by on Hwy 380 all night, but traffic noise isn’t constant.

Popped in for one night on our way to Arizona. Host is awesome lady! Site was pretty cool, even though we were right on the highway there was a large fence that helped some. The great part was the fence was actually a gate, we had pulled in one entrance drove into our spot in front of the gate and parked, did not even have to unhook. Next morning she opened the gate and we drove thru. Pretty neat set up but only two or three sites are like that rest are back in. Not sure about getting a 45' in there kinda small area. No membership affiliations but she gave me either a senior discount or veterans discount not sure which but it was nice!!
