Town & Country RV Park

Nice rv park with plenty of space between lots & not far from downtown Roswell. This place had great amenities. We'd stay again if ever in Roswell. The staff was very friendly, also, which is a plus!

Very clean, well kept, friendly staff, best laundry only took one cycle in dryer, yay! We had hot dry windy days, central location to do day trips to Carlsbad, Ruidoso!

Booked last minute because a cold front / snow storm was headed towards our original route. They were so accommodating, left paperwork for us outside the office and allowed us to arrive Afterhours and pay the following morning (or use the drop box). Had a map to show us our site, it was level, didn’t need to disconnect. Bathrooms were clean. Would love to come back and stay longer to explore town.

We found this park to be clean and safe with clean bathrooms and showers. The park is well kept up and there is a grassy dog area near the mobile home side of the park.

Pull-through FHU 50 amp. Gravel pad. Site #can't recall but was in the back section of the campground along the red fence.

General:
1) Surprisingly nice for a good price!
2) The sites are shared living spaces but they are staggered pull-throughs and a good amount of space so doesn't feel tight. sites.
3) 5 min from Downtown Roswell.

Campground WiFi: Did not try at this park.
Cell/hotspot using booster: AT&T (4 of 4 bars—5G) Worked great for work on vpn, zoom meetings, and streaming.

Details:
Check-in: Posted on office door.
Sites: Gravel pad and gravel shared living space. Had lots of space even though it was shared.
Campground Road: Paved road.
Grounds: Clean and maintained nicely.
Bathrooms/Showers: Looked a bit rough/old. Water from the shower head smelled so did not use the shower.
Laundry: Did not use.
Location: Gas 1 min from entrance. Restaurants are less than 5 min away.
Near highway: Yes. But not an interstate so it is not all that noisy.
Near train: Not that I recall.

Nice layout and easy to navigate. We stayed here for one night while we visited Roswell. The staff were very friendly and asked about any preferences when assigning us a spot. Clean laundry and restrooms, although the one and only laundry room is a little bit of a walk from the “new area” where we were. Not a big deal.

Nice level gravel sites with pavement drives, good water and nice clean power. They even have cable, WiFi, and Direct TV (if you’re setup for it, which we are not)

They are located at the south end of town, about 5 mins from the tourist shops in the middle of Roswell.
We would definitely stay here again! I just wish Roswell had more to offer so we had a reason to stay longer!

We stayed in the newer part of the park and our experience is based off of that. The older part is still in good shape but is closer to a main road so it would be louder.
First off, the staff were very nice and helpful. We had a LOT of mail being delivered over our time and regardless of how many times we offered to come pick it up, they delivered.
The bathrooms and laundry areas were immaculate and had good water pressure.
There is a pool but we stayed in October and it’s not heated so no swimming.
The sites are gravel and are large enough to accommodate just about any size of RV/trailer. The only gripe we had is the sites are set up so that you step out your door and face your neighbor. Regardless, the sites are wide so you have some space in between.
Park WiFi was ok but we had such great coverage with our Verizon MiFi that we didn’t use it.
The park is located a on the south side of town so you have about a 10-15 min drive to some of the shopping and restaurants. Regardless, we wouldn’t even look at staying anywhere else if we come back to Roswell.

Half of the park is a permanent mobile home park, and it is separate. We were in the back (new section). It was easy to get to and about 10 minutes from the attractions. As one said, you do park facing your neighbors front door.
Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, clean park. We were given 6 pages of rules 😳

Started RVing last year and have stayed at some good and some bad parks.. Town & country is one of the best so far. From check in to setting up great!!!

FHU,pull through,large sites, big rig friendly,close to town.

We liked this park,no issues at all. Would stay here again.
