Ramen Ichiban

Ramen Ichiban is a family run, traditional Japanese restaurant.  The husband and wife team are usually in there every time I have stopped by.  Both are very friendly. The food is prepared right there in front of you for the most part.  They will run to the rear area to grab the actual meat products from a fridge, and then cook them on the grill up front.   Eat here if you want authentic Japanese dishes! The ginger pork actually tastes like ginger. Fresh ingredients prepared by the very friendly Japanese owner.
