Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on December 14, 2022I’m surprised I’m the first one to rate this park. This park is amazingly only $15 a night. It’s February and there is only me and one other camper here. Several beautiful lake front sites with amazing sunset. Electric and water hookups. Dump station, And the whole campsite has a free WiFi as well.
(However a lot of random traffic would come in and out of the park. I counted 12-15 cars per day would just drive in, do a loop and exit the park. It’s strange cause they wouldn’t get out or make use of the park. (Different car each time) maybe they are locals borrowing the free WiFi I don’t know I just made sure I locked my motorcycle up at night knowing that 70-80 cars (in daytime) have driven in and out during my 5 night stay

We needed a one-nighter while traveling and couldn’t believe we scored a lakefront site w elec+water for this low fee. The park gets day use boaters and fisherfolk, who were all pulling out when we got there late Sunday afternoon. Probably busy in season but even then, there is plenty of room for even large rigs. PLUS working free WiFi.

We were the only campers other than the host when we were here December 2022. Shower was hot. Electric and Wi-Fi worked great. Paved, level site right on the water was beautiful.

Bout 10 miles off I-40 through Sallisaw, Ok. Narrow roads in with little traffic. We did it in a 35 ft. Pace Arrow Class A, pulling a car. Little scary crossing the railroad tracks as there is a hump. We made it with no issues. Next time we might try Hwy 59 across tracks. The park is a dead end however, don’t be discouraged. pull straight in and disconnect car in a gravel area at the self check in. Plenty of room. Now $20/night, 14 night max. The interior paved roads are a little rough but absolutely doable. Beautiful sites is the reward. Awesome view of the lake at every site. Don’t pass this one up. WiFi, 50&30 Amp with water. Dump station, no sewer
