The home made tortillas are incredible, and Las Cuatro Milpas also has a lot of history as well, seeing as they were the first restaurant in San Diego to serve fast-food Mexican fare. Be sure and get there early, since there will always be a line and they close at 3pm or whenever they run out of their delicious food. Read more
