There are also vegetarian selections available on the menu that include tofu. The beverage list is quite extensive and includes unique options such as the Fermented Salty Plum Drink or Organic Soy Bean Drink. Mornings are relatively quiet at Pho Hoang Express, but you can expect lunch and dinner to provide a constant crowd.
