Now you can have them brought to you, savory or sweet, at your party, in your home, or where ever you would like, you will be immersed into the unique universe of crêpes & festivity, authentically from France.My passion for crêpes began when I was a little girl. I would always watched my grand-mother in the kitchen flipping the crepes in the pan. We say that when the crepe lands properly, it will be a full year a prosperity. My favorite holiday will always be La Chandeleur. Every February 2nd, family gathers to eat crepes all day. For me it’s La Chandeleur everyday! I have perfected savory crepes with authentic buckwheat flour. Buckwheat is a gluten free, heathy and hearty flour which blends deliciously with any salty ingredients. And for the sweet crepes, I have kept my grand-mother secret recipe to make any mouth water! I always make my crepes to order so you can taste the freshness of every organic ingredient.
