Iza Ramen is a popup restaurant located within Blowfish Sushi. We are currently open from 11:30am-3pm every Sat & Sun through the end of 2013. We serve hangover-slaying bowls of ramen and tsukemen plus Japanese appetizers and sake cocktails. Slurp! Iza ramen is comprised of painstakingly slow-cooked, impossibly tender BBQ pork belly, fatty triple-stock broth, perfectly chewy noodles, a soy-marinated 6-minute egg, and a variety of other tasty topping options including bamboo shoots and homemade kimchi. Ritsu-san is also offering Tsukemen for those who prefer dipping their noodles to letting them soak.
Tsukemen ($11): At Blowfish's weekend ramen pop-up, get naked noodles to dip in a dense, almost viscous pork, chicken and fish broth.
