Rich earth tones fill Parallel 37’s lively bar and modern dining room to create a relaxed, lively social experience and informal sense of tailored sophistication. A customized private dining experience can be crafted either at the Chef’s Table, with views into the kitchen and made from locally-sourced wine barrel staves, or in the semi-private dining room, partially visible behind an etched swinging glass wall.
