Thanks to you, our customers, Schubert's Bakery recently celebrated its 100 th anniversary. One of the area's oldest bakeries, Schubert's first opened its doors in 1911 on Fillmore Street. Since the 1940s, the bakery has been at its present location on Clement Street. We believe in using only the best and freshest ingredients, and we take pride in crafting cakes of the highest quality and consistency. Throughout the years, our talented bakers have pleased our loyal customers with their delectable creations.
