SPQR is a Northern California restaurant inspired by Italian cuisine and wine. An acronym for Senatus Populesque Romanus, SPQR translates to “The People and Senate of Rome” and was the emblem of the Roman Empire. Led by Chef Matthew Accarrino a Food & Wine “Best New Chef” in 2014 and celebrated Sommelier/Owner Shelley Lindgren.
