This spot provides all you’d expect and a bit more from an overnight parking spot near the highway. Very little noise, full hookups, clean facilities, nice pool, and a great price. Sites are lined up close to each other but the roads are easy to navigate. Nothing in the way of scenery but that’s not to be expected. A great value for an overnight if the location is between where you came from and where you’re going.

This was our very first campground experience as a full time RV family. They do have level paved sites, but we stayed towards the back of the park on one of the slightly slanty gravel lots. The park was clean & fairly well maintained, except for a clogged shower on the Women's side that overflowed into the rest of the room & soaked our dry clothes. They also have a McClain's RV dealership & Service Center on site, which comes in handy when you have repairs to do like we did. The staff was very kind & accommodating. We would definitely recommend it for an overnight or short extended stay.

This was our first campground experience and we really enjoyed it. My daughter played in the pool and on the play area. I walked the dog each morning and took the dog around the pond. It was nice. You can slightly hear I-35 in the distance.

BELOW AVERAGE KOA IN sanger /NORTH TEXAS I have a brand new 2020 travel trailer & I stayed at this park for 12 months. Usually the rent and Utility bill was never ready on time especially after Kevin left. Kevin was wonderful but everything went down hill in the las 6 months. The new manager kicked out all of the full timers AKA "the back row group" and kept the favorites on the other side by her camper. She didn't even adhere to the 30 day notice required on KOA SANGER TEXAS website. THE Letter was dated 9-30-20 and I didn't receive until 10-5-2020. The park apparently is dealing with sewer and septic tank problems and had too many residents according to state or local codes. I would not recommend this place except for one or two nights, but why stay here when wal mart parking is free for RV'S IN Gainesville and Denton. Very overpriced / Glad I left!!

Stayed her over a weekend since everything closer into Dallas was booked. The Campground is behind McClains and there is a lot of new trailers being pulled right over to the KOA. Our spot was a great level concrete spot. Little shade, but when we stayed in April it was not super hot. There was a nice firepit area towards the exit. You can hear the traffic from the interstate, but it's not horrible.

We stayed a couple nights which were free from purchasing a trailer next door at McClains. Clean, common area pcilion with big fireplace, and a nice playground. Spots are a bit close together, but I can’t fault them for that. Normal for this type of campground, and I just prefer dry camping with more space. There’s technically wi-fi, but it’s hit or miss on whether sites/apps will load. Decent cell service though.

Sanger / North Denton KOA campground is a fairly nice park but has to be one of the worst ran franchises within the KOA system.

This campground is obviously an extension of the RV dealership in front of the property. Unfortunately the lack of customer service that exists in the RV industry has been been adopted by this KOA.

Spent a week at this facility while I was in town on business. On various occasions my wife and I had the displeasure of dealing with the manager. She had seemed to come to belief that this campground is her own little kingdom and the campers are merely individuals that should cower in her presence.

The current KOA management has seemed to forgot that the campers using their facilities are the customers and are keeping their doors open and them individually employed. The campground has the standard facilities you will find at most KOAs. The transient sites are concrete but all are un-level.

There are plenty of other parks in the area. If you want to stay in this area, I would recommend choosing another place to stay.

Solid KOA. Very long pull-thrus. Pretty level. Utilities worked fine. Didn't test Wi-Fi as T-Mobile 5G was very fast. Arrived late on a Saturday but the documents and site number were on the wall. Not exactly right next to the freeway but can still hear some of the road noise. A bit pricey for a KOA Journey but it was overall fine.

This KOA is HUGE! The drive is wasn’t bad, it’s entrance is right before the RV Center. We checked in late, our envelope with info was taped on to the front of the office door. Easy to get in the park, and found our spot no problem! The Pull thru spots are a really great size, plenty of room for our Class C and Tow vehicle. The sites are not too close to each other which is nice too. Overall a great place, we only stopped for the night, but was a great rest stop.
