Chef Patrick is a dedicated culinarian who believes in, "building community through the vehicle of food." This is demonstrated in his commitment to supporting local farms, dairies and ranches. New Mexican products, flavors and configurations are proudly featured throughout his menus. His desire is to stimulate the imaginations of the guests as well as their palates and ultimately leave them completely satisfied not completely stuffed.
We had dinner here because we were having trouble finding a patio where we could sit with our dogs in the plaza. A concierge suggested we go here and while it did have a great patio and they were very nice about the dogs, it was fancier than we were looking for and had a limited menu. The food was good, but be prepared for small portions for the money. I also was surprised when my side dish came with peppers in it and told my waiter that I didn't like them, and he just shrugged and walked away. Was honestly very disappointed with his entire attitude about helping us find menu ideas that work for us since everything seemed too spicy for my mom and had peppers for me.
