Located in Santa Monica, Stella Barra Pizzeria is a seasonally-inspired pizzeria serving up the finest artisan-style pizzas. Chef Jeff Mahin creates perfection in his dishes by utilizing fresh, sustainable and locally-grown ingredients. Pizzas are cooked in a stacked oven at extremely high temperatures (650 degrees Fahrenheit) to achieve Stella Rossa’s signature crisp crust, and the restaurant’s culinary team spent countless months (and more than 30 variations) perfecting its signature pizzas.

Chef Jeff Mahin looks normal, but bubbling under the surface is a Beautiful Mind-like obsession with dough.
