“Tradition balanced by experimentation”
At Third Street Aleworks we try to balance tradition with experimentation. We gravitate towards "Anglo-Celtic" ales and more aggressive "West Coast" style ales, but we also brew tasty lagers, lager-ale hybrids, and many other beers that don't neatly fit into any one category. More than just a brewery or restaurant, Third Street Aleworks is a local hub-a "Pub" in the best sense of the word: a place where everyone from beer aficionados, to blind daters, to busy families with hungry kids can feel comfortable and immediately welcome.
