We source the majority of our produce from local farms including: Vince Baker Farm (Waynesville, GA), Durrence Farm (Glennville, GA), Adam Metzer Farm (Richmond Hill, GA) & Walker Organic Farm (Sylvania, GA). Our cheese is produced by Sweet Grass Dairy (Thomasville, GA) and Flat Creek Lodge (Swainsboro GA). Our milk and cream is from Southern Swiss Dairy (Waynesboro, GA). Our grits are produced at Freeman’s Mill (Statesboro, GA). Our fish is caught locally and delivered on a daily basis through Blue Marlin Seafood Company. Our bacon is shipped to us by Benton’s Smoky Mountain Hams (Madisonville, TN). All of our chicken is free-range and hormone-free from Springer Mountain Farms (Mt. Airy, GA) & Savannah River Farms (Sylvania, GA). Our ‘Local 11ten Blend’ coffee is roasted for us by Perc Coffee Company (Savannah, GA). Our mushrooms are delivered to us from amFog (Athens, GA). Our bison is delivered weekly from Georgia Buffalo (Townsend, GA). The majority of our pork products are delivered weekly from Savannah River Farms (Sylvania, GA).
