“named after famous Mexican bandit”
The Pancho Villa is a family of Mexican restaurants, named after the famous mustached Mexican bandit, Pancho Villa. Pancho became a revolutionary in the early 20th century Mexico and in true Robin hood style robbed the rich to help the poor – and had fun doing it! Panco Villa’s owners (both born in Mexico), Roberto Sosa and Maria Sosa bring some of Pancho’s revolutionary spirit to Scranton with their home cooked, lively Mexican food modeled after the food they grew up on in Mexico. Whether it’s a dinner for two, a small private party, family reunions, business lunches, large corporate gatherings, our food will most definitely leave a remarkable impression on you and your guests.
