ADVENTUROUS ALES Try the beergarita, made with the barrel-aged, sour La Folie ale. Fried cheese curds worth the grease-guilt. These crispy bites of perfection come with zesty mustard for dipping. What you may not notice right away — not until you get to the frequently tweaked menu, at least — is that this is one of Seattle darling Tom Douglas's establishments. You can confirm it with a single bite of the weekly burger special.
