A desire to bring great espresso to Seattle was the catalyst behind our success. We began at the base of Queen Anne in 1995 and have since added five cafes and a roasterie in Seattle and locations in Olympia, Wa., and Portland, Or. We've enjoyed growing with the community and honing in our craft of coffee quality and service. By creating an environment where the customer can see, touch, and taste the coffee they purchase, we provide a unique learning opportunity that allows our coffee to speak for itself. Caffe Vita is always fresh, imported directly from the farm and roasted on-site.
