“The foodie addict's watering hole”
Pie Bar=pie + booze. It’s a foodie addict’s watering hole. What is the purpose of Pie Bar, one might ask? Pie has always been a wholesome way of bringing people together since the birth of America. We eat pie for desert, celebrate the baked round concoction with family & friends for the holidays, bring it as a house warming, eat it for breakfast, and take it to work for lunch, or make our own pie in our kitchen entirely because it’s our passion. Why not have the luxury of eating your pie in a pie shaped castle bar in the upcoming hipster neighborhood of Seattle, or as some might predict, the inevitable Melrose district; an organic district full of the greatest foodie restaurants in Seattle: Terra Plata, Sitka & Spruce, Mamnoon, Taylor Shellfish, La Bete, Knee High Stocking Company, Tango & Kedai Mekan. Pie Bar’s menu consists of weekly rotating award winning artisan fruit pies, including marionberry, desserted island, Granny Apple, strawberry rhubarb, Razzle Blue, sour cherry, coconut, banana, & peanut butter and jelly. We have a select variety of savory pot pies too, chicken pot pie, chicken fajita & steak and Hales ale. Our full bar features “Pie-tinis,” pie-infused martinis, desert cocktails, microbrews on tap, wine, cider and imperial stout floats. Pie Bar’s goal is to turn our Pie-ers day into a sinful one, to give their minds the ultimate feel good foodie experience, celebrating our local farmers, breweries, wineries and distilleries along the way. Pie Bar offers whole pies and slice pies out of a walk up window ($8 Savory & $5 Sweet with a la mode), where frequent pie-ers can line up from 5pm to 2am to grab pie and go.
