Relax and enjoy a sultry evening in Rumba, Seattle's first Rum bar. Rumba is comprised of what all the Caribbean islands have to offer. Our island inspired menu features house baked empanadas, hibiscus wings, Jamaican jerk pork and our sinful deep fried banana foster. We are proud of our crew of exceptional bartenders who are passionate about rum and rum cocktails and are eager to share their passion with thirsty patrons. Rumba offers an wide array of island drinks including libations of Prohibition-era Havana, Tiki cocktails, Punches and Caribbean island classics. Rumba's 12 foot arched, back-lit bar also holds over 250 rum selections for those looking for the pure rum sipping experience. Rumba is located within steps of the Convention Center, the Paramount Theater and Act Theater. Rumba is also two doors up from our other restaurant, Tango.
