Ross and Lois are native New Yorkers. They owned and operated a successful full-line bakery in northern New Jersey - just over the New York border - for 11 years. The bakery employed 4 bakers and 13 sales staff and produced a full line of baked goods. Their clientele included many famous actors, athletes and politicians. A large portion of their business also came from working directly with caterers and hotels for weddings and various other events. Baking is literally in their blood. Ross is the fourth generation of bakers in his family. Ross remembers going to work with his Dad when he was very small and actually taking naps in a bread box under the work table! Lois' father also owned a bakery and Lois remembers taking grade-school field trips to the bakery with her class. Ross is a master baker with 38 years of experience. He is highly skilled in all aspects of the business and everything he does is to perfection. Ross' cheesecake was recognized as among the top three in the New York metro and northern New Jersey area and, if you know how discerning this part of the country is about their cheesecake, you know this has got to be some fantastic cheesecake!
