Relics Restaurant & Roadhouse

Pleasant and Entertaining . . .If potential paranormal activity, nostalgia or Hollywood excite you, THIS charming nook should be on your list of places to be enchanted by while in Sedona. Unbeknownst to us, we were looking for a good meal, but were intrigued with the kind, welcoming gentleman who directed us to our table (next to the table "Reserved for Ghosts") and teased us with some brief tidbits about this special little restaurant. Along with their wine and dinner menu, they provide you with a interesting read on the history of the restaurant wowing with names such as Glenn Ford, Henry Fonda and Joan Crawford, to name a few. As far as our dinner, we both chose the weekend special of Prime Rib . . . Regarding dinner, good doesn't seem adequate, but excellent is exaggerating - the prime rib was tasty, but nothing exceptionally special. The service was great . . . We happened to have a young man from South Carolina and he, recognizing my southern accent, created many opportunities to converse with us. He treated our little lady as a grown up, which always impresses me when service staff doesn't talk over her but rather to her. Overall - I would suggest giving Relics a try . . . Even if it's an average meal, it is interesting and entertaining.
