“traditional Japanese soul food”
We opened our first Yakitori restaurant in Tokyo, Japan in the late 1970′s. Throughout the next 30 years, we strived to create the best tasting Yakitori using only the traditional Japanese methods of preparing and grilling. It took years and years of “tweaking” the recipe to produce the special homemade “tare” sauce that is used to coat the Yakitori after its grilled. In 2001, we decided to move the Yakitori restaurant business to Atlanta, Georgia so that our customers in the United States will experience that same commitment to authentic Japanese food culture and warm hospitality that gained us an excellent reputation with our Japanese customers in Tokyo. We are proud to be a Japanese owned and operated business in Atlanta and want to “Thank You”, our customers for recommending us as the Japanese restaurant to visit for the experience of authentic Yakitori, Ramen, and Sushi.
