OMG ....Rented a condo unit at this resort for a family and friends ski trip over Presidents Day weekend. My 12 year old daughter accidently hit and cracked an exterior window with a snow ball. Being the honest renters we are we reported it. 70 days later we get a bill from the property manager for $739.50 to fix the window. Good thing it wasn't something major as we would have had to take out a second mortgage on our home.
