Oleana's new sibling restaurant, co-owned by chef Ana Sortun and run by executive chef-owner Cassie Piuma, takes the mezze bar theme and runs with it. The huge menu of small plates includes crisp pumpkin fritters, smoky lamb ribs and a fresh, bracing rendition of fattoush salad.
