Taza Chocolate

The Taza Chocolate Factory Store is more than a place to buy chocolate. It’s an innovative and educational space where you can learn about and experience chocolate from bean to bar. Located at our newly renovated chocolate factory, the Factory Store features ten 4 by 5 foot picture windows looking directly into our manufacturing facility, giving you a close up view of our chocolate making machines. During your visit, you may catch our traditional Oaxacan molinos grinding cocoa nibs, our copper pans coating roasted nuts with chocolate, or our depositor piping fresh, warm chocolate into molds. Our store is always stocked with samples of Taza Chocolate for you to savor and compare and we often have special Factory Limited Items made by the factory just for sale in our store. The chocolate guides are always on hand to answer all your questions about our process, our mission, and of course, our chocolate. Tours of the factory store are available Tuesday - Sunday weekly, excepting holidays.
