We have stayed here a couple times when passing through. Very clean park, 3 nice dog parks, artificial turf at each site is a nice touch. WiFi is very poor and sites are close together. When you park your car chances are the front of it will be almost over your neighbors septic. Very strange. Pretty easy to tour the area from and we would probably stay here again if in the area even though it is a bit high for what it is. By that I mean the size of sites. But the utilities are fine and the people are friendly. Check in was easy and they lead you to your site. Restrooms were clean.

Clean, several amenities, and quite clean. One of the best run parks I've stayed at. sites are a bit tight, but they are concrete slabs with astro turf between them which is nice. Centrally located if you want to run around or even go to Reno. The one complaint I will bring up is...........it's noisy! Primarily from the surrounding neighborhoods (vehicles and motorcycles ripping up and down the roadways. Not noisy enough to keep me from coming back if I'm in the area though.

We agree with the previous reviewers. On the plus side all I would add is that you can bicycle from the park to a dedicated bike path that runs all the way into Reno (about 8 miles each way). A lot of it runs along the Truckee River which is great. But they do have homeless encampments here and there. The powers that be appear to be trying to address the situation.

Most recent stay was 05-12-2016 (I’m late on my reviews) We camp in a "Tear Drop” style RV only 15' long w/o toilet or shower ~ plus we like to eat outdoors using the picnic table & set up our dining fly for sun/ weather protection so we rely on condition of campgrounds facilities being nearby our site ~ so our critique is focused in that area.

We did get close to restroom/shower roomy very clean and modern w/full on tiled walls and floors w/secure private stalls and changing area. Lots of hooks for stuff, padded bench folds against wall in changing area. Good water pressure and hot. Only wish for a small shelf for stuff and rubber floors mats as you step out of shower. Need hooks and shelves in sink/vanity area.

High ratings well deserved for modern restrooms & facilities, paved roadways, and all level paved sites which do not crowd your neighbor. Large pull through spaces, nice LEVEL picnic table with metal plate on 1 end for camp stove.

CONS did not like Astro turf could not set up out dining fly over table. Sewer connect w/concrete surround encroaches neighbor site Definitely a Big Rig park, but ok for little rig overnight stay and not suitable for tents .

Really good RV park. Spaces are close together, but the sites have artificial turf rather than grass. (This is good because you don't track dirt into your coach.)
This is an extremely neat park and their maintenance people are constantly sweeping, cleaning and emptying the trash. The clubhouse is large and clean with a full kitchen and plenty of space. Our club had 22- 40+ feet coaches for this stay. Great staff, excellent staff, (swimming pool was closed for maintenance, but the hot tub was open). Free WIFI, clean restrooms. Most definitely will stay there again. No problems checking in. Escorted to site by the staff. (Be careful using your GPS to get there. It may take you into a residential area and to a back gate that is never used. (No fault of the RV park.))
Close proximity to casinos.
Enjoy yourself!!

Not much to add to previous reviews. 5 star bathrooms/showers. Some noise from nearby construction.

Arrival:
We only got to stay here due to a cancellation (and every last hotel was booked too!) Phone reservation handled quickly and accurately. At arrival, greeted by a porter. Gave us some brief info and directed us to the office. Check in was quick, concise and pleasant. Porter then escorted us to our site, assisted with parking/backing (it's just a teardrop, took all of 5 minutes!) Showed us the hookups. (We only needed electric but water and sewer was available.)
The facility:
Clean. Clean. Clean. Three restroom/bathhouses conveniently located across the grounds. Three pet runs. Club house, BBQ patio, laundromat, pool and hot tub (adults only!)
The camp store is well stocked with a great assortment of foods to suit all tastes, plenty of personal care products, and cold drinks (no alcohol though.) Wifi available and had a decent range. Propane available on site also.
Security is on site all hours. They are prompt to respond to assist or for general needs.
This is the place to be for big rigs. There's a large amount of dollars sitting in this place. I think the best part was rolling in with our teardrop in tow. 200-some spaces and only two teardrops in the entire place!
We are not usually campground type folks, but we will definitely be staying here when in Reno area instead of overpriced hotels!

Clean, orderly, with lots of amenities. Three separate dog walk areas that were hosed down every day. Good internet quality/speed. Across the street from Sparks Marina, with swimming beaches, an awesome dog beach/park, and running trail. Pool at the RV Park was clean and quiet. Big rig friendly. This is very much an in-town location - no mountain views, wildlife, or grass - but 5 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes to UNR, 15 minutes to Trader Joes/Whole Foods, 5 minutes to outlet shopping (if that's your thing). Would have had 5 stars if the sites were a little bit bigger and/or had real grass (instead of astro-turf)

This is a clean and visually pleasing park. That is the good, the bad is it is a miserable place to stay. The rules and regulations are overbearing, the parking in impossible, and the people who enforce these rules have taken rudeness to a new level. If you want your visitors to be yelled at and forced to park 1/4 mile away on the street.....then be sure to stay here.

If you're not stepping out of your 2 million dollar Provost bus, wearing Gucci shoes with your old blind toothless purse poodle tucked in your Louis Vuitton bag this might not be the place for you.
The office staff was snotty, hard to understand.
