In 2007, Barili Cellars was born with the winery's first commercial purchase of grapes. Marlene and Russ were among the original owners. Sue and Gary joined the team in December 2011. And, we still get help from Steve and Dana Trabun, who helped get us started. What's our wine-making philosophy? Start with excellent grapes, picked at just the right time to provide the perfect combination of sugar and acidity. Process them with care. And then wait to ensure optimal results that meet our standards-and yours. We've started small to put our personal touch on everything we make. We believe you will taste the attention we have given to each and every bottle.
