Classic old ice cream parlor making handmade ice cream since 1939. Doyles Ice Cream Parlor has been a landmark in Spokane's West Cental neighborhood since 1939. When the Natatorium Park was operating, Boone street had trolley tracks going down to "Old Nat Park" which is now San Souci Mobile Home Park. One of the traditons for many people was to stop at Doyles to get ice cream, get on the trolley, and take their treat down to the park to enjoy.
