In everything we do, Santé vows to practice sustainable living. Think globally. Eat locally. Guests who have dined at Santé will tell you that from our host to the owners, Jeremy and Kate Hansen, everyone works hand in hand to re-invent and elevate fine dining standards of cuisine and service. We do not believe in the unnecessary use of antibiotics, hormones, g.m.o.’s, and pesticides. Every animal that we bring into our establishment has been raised as if they were raised in the wild. On site butchering and preparing scratch made cuisine eliminates the mysterious middle man, and gives us confidence and integrity in our products; knowing where they’ve come from, and how they’re bred and fed.
