I stayed for a single night while passing through Springfield. I chose Lamplighter simply due to cost and location, but I wouldn't stay here again. The hallways smell very damp - I'd be surprised if there wasn't a mold issue in at least the carpet. The room was big and overall fine with two exceptions: I could feel individual springs in the kind-sized bed; not very comfortable. The pool is in a courtyard in the center of the hotel and it doesn't close until 11PM. A very rowdy family that stayed right until closing kept me from sleep until much later than I wanted.
