Welcome to One Federal Restaurant located in St. Albans. The building was gutted and torn apart when Marcus Hamblett and his wife, Erica, took a peek inside four years ago. But they had a vision for the historic locale in downtown St. Albans, which dates back to 1840 and had been a cigar shop, bowling alley and most recently, The Old Foundry for 32 years.
