Dressel’s Pub has been serving the Central West End and Saint Louis since 1980. Opened by Jon and Barbara Dressel to provide a comfortable and delicious pub environment catering mainly to the local arts and literary scene, it is now owned by son Benjamin who’s interest in farm to table has taken the pub in a new, locally sustainable direction. Chef Mike Miller and chef de cuisine Derek Roe keep the menu fresh, seasonal and as farm to table as possible. One of Saint Louis’s most landmark pubs is now one of the city’s best casual dining venues.
