We built Sugarfire Smoke House® to be different than most St. Louis City and County, St. Charles County, and Franklin County BBQ restaurants. From the use of local ingredients, to the awesome culinary exploits of our world-trained chefs and pit masters, the award winning barbecue we make is exceptional. Much of what we provide at our restaurants in Central and Southwest St. Louis County (Olivette, and Valley Park), St. Louis City (Downtown), O' Fallon (Winghaven), St. Charles (Elm Point), and Washington MO (Riverfront) is very unconventional. Most St. Louis area barbecue restaurants have a limited traditional menu. That's not the case at Sugarfire Smoke House!
