“Bar/ Restaurant established in 1935”
Colony Grill Stamford (CGS) was established in 1935 as a local bar and grill and bought by Eugene “Bo-Bo” Bohannon in 1961. Brothers Gary James and Jim Screws continue to run the business that has been a labor of love for them and their stepfather for many years. Since then, the "Colony" has become famous for what is now its only menu offering: a one-of-a-kind, thin-crust pizza, with or without hot oil -- served simply, amid classic charm.
