Layla's Falafel

Layla's Falafel is a family dream come true. As it was the idea of my wife Layla, it was named after her.  Early in the development stages we realized that providing the quality home made Middle Eastern dishes required more than just Layla and myself. My brother joined this family effort; he keeps the restaurant running smoothly and is responsible for hiring, training, and retaining our staff.
