“pristine waters and sandy beaches”
Redfish Lake Lodge resort thrives on the north shore of this pristine glacier-carved lake, in the heart of the Sawtooth Mountain Range. Here, you and your family can literally “turn your back on the grind of the civilized world” as Robert Limbert proclaimed when he stacked the first log back in 1929. Sawtooth country changes people. Its beauty is magnificent and unadulterated. THINGS TO KNOW The campgrounds at Redfish Lake are USFS campgrounds; reservations can be made for eligible campgrounds (Glacier View, Point and Outlet). Great spot, highly recommend!
This is a stunning mountain lake with loads of recreational options. Hiking, fishing, kayaking, SUP, picnics, camping can all happen here. The mountains surrounding the lake are huge, and make for a very scenic spot. There is a lodge on the lake you can stay at, and a few campgrounds as well (some you have to get to by ferry). For similar views, and less people, head to Alturus Lake or Pettit Lake just down the road.
