Sainte Genevieve Winery is a family owned and operated business that was established in 1983 by Chris and Hope Hoffmeister:  "We have a commitment to making quality, hand crafted Missouri wine in small lots.  We would like to have a wine that suits every palate and every pocketbook." Helping to ensure their continued growth and success, their daughter, Elaine Hoffmeister Mooney, returned to the winery after receiving her degree in enology from the prestigious California State University- Fresno.  "Our family would like to market estate bottled wines while continuing to offer a wide vareity of fruit wines.
