“the finest, freshest, most unique baked goods”
From our humble beginnings, in 1967, of baking breads and desserts for Tosi's Italian Ristorante in Stevensville, Michigan, to selling to friends and families nationwide, we have dedicated ourselves to creating the finest, freshest, most unique baked goods for our customer for more than 40 years. Our quest is to be the best we can be, and you can see it in our strict "made from scratch" policy. We continually update our products - trying new things, taking new approaches - while building on our solid foundation of traditional, old world goodness. We make our bread the French way - by respecting the flour. We enhance the flavor of our breads with good quality flour, starters and pre-ferments. Our breads are baked in a special 20,000 pound old world oven imported from France. Our use of the finest ingredients and traditional methods ensure that our line of artisan breads are crusty, chewy, and delicious, the way French breads tasted more than a century ago.
