The Bistro at Just Baked

At the Bistro our vision is simple… in a fast food world, we believe in simply better food. And when we say simply better, we mean better tasting, from better sources, better for the environment and better for the local farmers who grow the produce. What does that mean? Basically this, we want to serve freshly made, seasonal, and family-farmed foods, organic produce, chemical free meats and fresh local, sustainable seafood. To us the idea seemed straight forward and altogether needed, especially here in a region where everything seems to be battered and deep fried. If done well, it would let us show that offering freshly made food with quality ingredients could be reasonably priced. But where do we begin?
