The Blarney Stone is a neighborhood bar that was purchased in 1989 by Steve Dorsey and his late sister, Judy Dorsey. Their idea was simple: provide a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere that has a consistent schedule and food offering that was hearty and easily affordable. They believed if you could accomplish both, customers would return. Over the years, some of our patrons would argue "Beer or Burger?". It seems the Blarney Burger has become a star on its own. After several "Best of Syracuse" awards, people are now taking notice to what most of us on Tipperary Hill already know...we have a great burger!
