“well-lighted, pull-through sites”
The park is located in the rolling hills of Tallahassee, Florida's Capital City. We offer well lighted, paved roads, with long pull-through sites. The park is very quiet, covered with a large variety of flowering plants and shrubs. Giant pines, magnolia, dogwood and other native trees dot the landscape. This is an excellent place to walk, run or just relax. A country setting convenient to all of Tallahassee's dining and entertainment. Tallahassee RV Park is only minutes from Florida State University, the State Capital, and numerous athletic events, quaint shops and both regional malls. Visit the Tallahassee RV Park and enjoy our Southern traditions, gracious hospitality, and lush topography.

My family and I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights while traveling for the summer this year and it was great. The grounds were spotless, the grass and plants were very well maintained. There is some lack of shade near the front of the property but the back property sites have plenty. The staff was very helpful and attentive and there is WiFi, laundry, and a pool. We were here for July the 4th and they had a big BBQ for all. I would recommend this stop for anyone looking to check out the Tallahassee area for an extended period of time or just passing through. Ill be giving it 5 stars.
Very deceptive. Ground are nice enough but campsites lack any grass and very little shade. Tall pines too close to put awning out. Internet patchy. Not worth the price.
Just off I-10 in Tallahassee is this great RV park. It is extremely well kept. Although not very large compared to some parks, it is really clean. The WIFI is almost always fast and quick connecting. I had little problem streaming movies and music. There is a club house with book exchange and TV, laundry with efficient machines, and two community bath/showers. The office is open most of the day, and will accept mail. Although about 1/2 mile from I-10, I was never bothered by interstate noise. There is a Publix within walking distance and a public library with a beautiful lakeside park about a mile away. The neighborhood adjacent to the park is safe and typical of Tallahassee's modern infrastructure.
I paid the posted monthly rate, around $25/night.
I stayed in the park while working at one of the area hospitals for five weeks. Rain or shine, this is a popular park with good long and short term guests. I look forward to staying here again.

Spaces are tight, but most if not all are pull thru. Convenient to I-10, grocery store close by across the street. Good WiFi signal

Though we only stayed for two nights, it was a great stay. Space to walk the dogs. Nice, pull-through spaces.

Our first stop here was the first night we bought our first RV and there are great memories for us here. Sites are fairly level on gravel, you might need some jack pads to level up. Full hookups with 50 amp service in a pull-through sites. Very good campground WiFi, restrooms and laundry site available (we did not use them), dog waste bags provided and lots of space to walk the Corgis.
But — pay attention — there is a new farm-to-table restaurant just about 1 long block away — Backwoods Crossing — with some of The Best Food anywhere! It is not cheap but well worth every penny! This makes this our new Go-To Place when in Tallahassee!
We cannot wait to stay here again!

Sites are extremely small and tight. No grass, more like a gravel parking lot. Everything here says NO NO NO NO. VERY UN-friendly pet rules which they don’t tell you about on the website or brochures. Pets may only use the bath room in the designated pet area in the middle of the park, not at your site. No pet pens allowed. Additional pet Rules are listed on the receipt which you dont see until after you’ve paid. We won’t return.

Nice place to pull in for a night or so but too overpriced. Parked in front area and were slightly uneven and tight next to neighbor. Grounds are nice but didn't explore rest part of park. Laundry clean but small. WiFi was iffy.

Like someone else said, dog rules are overboard. They have a no tether policy unless you’re with the dog. Had my Lab on a 8’ tether by the back door and was on the other side talking to the neighbors. The puppy police came by and informed me of the policy again. I said I was outside close to the dog. She informed me that I was not “with” her.
It’s also a little tight getting in with a 42’ 5th wheel. Sites are not level. Keep off the grass signs everywhere.
Been OK for a one night stay.

We needed a place to stay on our way to the Florida gulf coast in early March. And unfortunately it seems like the RV options in the Tallahassee area are lacking. We couldn’t make it in time to use the Harvest Host stay, so we chose this park.
It’s nothing special. We stayed in #54, which is up front of the campground, near the road (although it wasn’t too noisy). Some of the sites look like they aren’t super level, and there seems like there’s a lot of full-time residents. The extremely tiny bathroom/shower was kept clean-ish, we didn’t use any of the other amenities.
Wifi was fast and solid, being so close to the office. The campground is walking distance to a Publix (grocery store) which was nice as we don’t have a car. We didn’t have issues with the rules like other reviewers, but we don’t have pets.
The positives are the park grounds are well kept up. We greatly appreciated the motion detection lights around the office, as we took our showers at night. And the check-in process with the office staff was friendly and informative.
Still, for $50 it seemed like an expensive stay for not much in return.
