Sequestered in one of Southern California’s hidden treasures, the Temecula Valley, Hart Winery capitalizes on the soils and climate at 1500 feet above sea level to produce the premium varietals Merlot, Fume´ Blanc, Viognier, Grenache Rose´, Syrah, Sangiovese, Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The renaissance of the California wine industry in the 1970s found Joe Travis and Nancy Hart and their three sons planting the first vineyards. Today, Hart Winery mirrors many of the state’s small wineries by crafting small lots (5000 cases total production) and concentrating on quality.
