The Coronet

The Coronet is owned by Sally Kane and Gregor Kretschmann. Jake Alpert and Erika Bostick-Esham are The Coronet’s wonderful chefs. Jesse Schaefer (raised by wolves) is our amazing head bartender. The food menus are all created by the trio of Jake, Erika and Sally. The harmony of their collaboration is evident on the plate. The meats are all sustainable and considerately sourced. The Beef is from the UofA agricultural department, the steelhead always on the Monterey Bay Aquarium’s list of great fish to consume. The menu is seasonally inspired and the fruits and vegetables are organic when possible. We have our own hive of bee’s! We all have omnivores palates, but our menus have an easy accessibility for vegetarians, vegans or gluten dissenters. There is always a bounty of fruits and vegetable on every menu.
