“voted best authentic Mexican Food”
There are so many authentic Mexican restaurants in town, but so few who have such a long time following as this out-of-the-way, gravel pit. In Austin or San Antonio, it would be lost in the crowd, but here in El Tulsa, El Rio Verde is en centro ciudad and easy to get to for business folk, passersby and everyday working folk. There may be some better food, but mama can't cook for everybody.
