“"hybrid" BBQ.. just come in and taste it”
The most common questions we get are: “What style of barbecue are you?”, and “What’s the difference between the ribs?”. So here is our answer: Our style is essentially “hybrid”. We have a Memphis-style (St. Louis-cut) rib, a dry-rubbed babyback, brisket and pork that are slow-smoked in Guinness beer, and a sauce that hails from the western region of North Carolina. We have grilled Mexican Tiger Prawns that are topped with a New Orleans-style remoulade and our beers come in cans. If you can classify that, have at it. We just felt “hybrid” summed it up.
