We enjoyed our time at this park! Close to Natchez, for lots to do. Don’t miss eating at the sea food place close to camp ground. Clean laundry room is so handy!

You cannot find a better location to visit Natchez. The park is right on the Mississippi River and has a two mile. On Crete path that winds beside. Park is huge and very clean. Sites are spaces mixed, we had site 81 on the corner. Lots of green for dog walking, streamable wifi, and private clean showers. Rec room is huge, staff is friendly and helpful. We toured Natchez and arrived at Stanton Hall within six minutes. Ideal! Plus, very quiet at night.

This is a very nice facility. There are a couple of distinct areas depending on your needs. In the main area the sites are level concrete pads with grass between each site. However, there is a large green space between the sites and the river, perfect for letting the dog get some exercise or having a picnic. There is a wide, well lit walking path by the river with a nice view of Natchez.
There is a separate area for long term campers. Those sites a much smaller with no green space. Honestly I would not want to stay there. It looks far too crowded with no privacy.
When we stayed here there were only 5 or 6 trailers on the north side. It felt like we had the place to ourselves. BTW, the north side has more shade than the south side, so is a much better option in the summer. We will stay here again next time we are headed east.

Natchez, the end of the trail (or beginning) of driving the Natchez Trace:This beautiful historic city was the home of more than one-half of America;s millionaires before the Civil War. Many of these homes are still functioning and available to tour. River View RV Park/Resort is right across the River from this, ten minutes away. The Park is clean, well managed, easy access and quiet.
Vidalia, LA is a little scruffy as is the neighborhood thru which you access the park, but once you are there you are in your own world. Their facilities are nice, meeting/lounge, laundromat and gift shop ate clean, fresh and tasteful. All the campsite have a view of the River. Lots of barge traffic and nice river walkways for a stroll with your honey and/or pet. If the weather is right, they have a pock for your enjoyment as well.
One of the nicer commercial Parks we have visited in 12 years of RVing.

Clean, beautiful, quiet and a great view of the river. Friendly staff, easy access park. Large spaces mostly under shade. Very convenient to Natchez, but the park stands out as a nice enough place to relax all day or take a walk along the river. I look forward to staying here again!

This is a great base for going into Natchez or just hanging around. The park is easily accessed and has very flat spaces for parking with good spacing between rigs. Many of the sites have trees shading them [ours didn't] so seek those out if it is hot out. We were there when it was cooler and happy to have the open sunny space.
They have a 1.5 mile concrete sidewalk that parallels the river. Excellent place for a stroll and short bike ride.
We had level concrete pads for parking.
Good WiFi.

This is a nice park. The staff was helpful and kind. The park is clean and quiet, nice level spots. The river walk is great for stretching your legs and walking the dog. Close to Natachez and the visitors center. Great pool and hot tub with a view of the river, my only complaints here are that the pool area closed at 7 pm, that's a tad too early and the when taking a shower to rinse off the chlorine, the shower dial was backward and it took me some time to figure that out. LOL
The only reason I give it 4 stars is because of the barge noise from the river. They run all night long! And if they are going upstream you will hear the noise for a good half hour! In all fairness, I am a light sleeper and used earplugs, but that only helped a little bit.
I also feel like it was a little overpriced.

I'm not a huge fan of RV parks. But, this is a good option to visit Natchez. Everything was fine about the park, but I like more nature.

Most sites are pull through. Makes it real easy to get in when you are tired. The park is next to the mighty Mississippi you can walk along the bank and watch the water traffic. There is a pool, laundry, small store, clean bathrooms and showers for tent campers. Close to both Vidalia and Natchez MS.
