The park is nestled between high sandstone bluffs that form a canyon along the Pecos River. Camp or picnic under the shade of cottonwood trees. Wow...this is the middle of nowhere but the river is beautiful, hiking trails are interesting and fun. Camping spot on the river was perfect!
